Before visiting our clinic

Requests to patients visiting our hospital

・Patients visiting for the first time should bring their health insurance card.

・We ask that you wear a mask in the clinic.

We will provide one to those who do not have one.

・Patients with fever, cold symptoms, or injuries accompanied by bleeding should contact us by phone before coming to the clinic.

・Regarding prescriptions, we do not have a pharmacy next door, so we prescribe medications in-house. After your consultation, you can pick up your medication directly and go home.

If you would like to have your prescription filled at a pharmacy near your home, please let us know at the reception desk or by phone. We will issue an external prescription.

To patients with fever or cold symptoms

Our hospital is taking measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and influenza within the hospital.

Examinations and treatments are performed in a separate location from general internal medicine and surgery patients.

Patients with fever or cold symptoms should contact us by phone as much as possible before coming to the hospital.

If you are coming by car, please wait in the parking lot after arriving at our hospital and call us to let us know that you are coming. A staff member will come to your car to check you in and ask about your symptoms.

If you are coming by foot, please call us before entering the hospital.

You will be asked to enter a separate room to check you in and be asked about your symptoms.

Please also wear a mask when you come to the hospital.

For patients with injuries, trauma, or burns

If you are bleeding severely, we would appreciate it if you could call us before coming to the hospital.

Specialized preparation and priority treatment are required.

Apply firm pressure to the bleeding area and stop the bleeding as much as possible before coming to the hospital.

For patients with trauma, wash the wound thoroughly with soapy water before visiting the hospital.

Wounds that are well cleaned will heal better.

For burns, we recommend that you first cool the area thoroughly with running water or ice packs for about 15 minutes before coming to the hospital.
